Waardenburg Syndrome A genetic disorder resulting in hearing loss and eye and skin abnormalities. WAGR Syndrome A genetic syndrome which includes Wilms' tumor (kidney cancer), eye abnormalities, genitourinary anomalies, and mental retardation.
