Director Tom Vaughn and CBS Films are planning to release a film called, "The Untitled Crowley Project," starring Harrison Ford, Brendan Fraser, Keri Russell, and Courtney B. Vance. Being filmed in Portland, Oregon, this drama is based on the book, "The Cure," by Pulitzer Prize-winning writer Geeta Anand. It tells the story of John Crowley and how he built a company to try to find a cure for
Pompe disease after two of his three children were diagnosed with it. Pompe disease is a storage disorder that affects the muscles and shortens life expectancy. Brendan Fraser portrays Crowley and Harrison Ford is the maverick scientist who works with him.

I work at one of scene locations. I can’t wait. This is going to be awesome.
I live in Portland, too. Where are some spots I should be looking for filming crews?
OMG!!! They’re in the hospital that I work in right now! They’re taking all our signs off and making it a “Portland Rose Hospital” and they’re covering all the windows because I guess it’s a night scene. This is too cool!!!
A doctor who I work with/for is starring in the movie as the diagnosing Dr. and a nurse in my office is going to be an extra in the movie…playing the part of…duh…a nurse
Cant wait till our Dr. is a hollywood star!! This is wonderful exposure for Pompe disease, hopefully this will help get some money for the research and cure for this devistating disease. Thanks to everyone who is helping with this very important movie!!
