TSA surveys travelers with disabilities

Thursday June 2, 2005
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is conducting a customer satisfaction survey of persons with disabilities and medical conditions. The TSA wants to know about your experiences, good or bad, with security screenings and how you were treated. From May 23 through August 23, 2005, you can complete the survey online or print out a paper version and mail it in. The TSA's Persons with Disabilities & Medical Conditions page contains a link to the survey, as well as TSA policies for travelers with disabilities, those with assistive devices or service animals, and those with medical conditions.
